Hugo is a very attentionate individual with and extremely high work ethic. From the first time we called and left a voice message, Hugo showed his professionalism and thoughtfulness by returning our call within an hour. After becoming our broker, Hugo continued to work diligently for us during both the purchase and sale of our homes. His availability to provide updates and information was so immediate that you felt as though he was working solely on your file which re-assured us of his commitment throughout the process. The process in fact was so efficient that we actually purchased our new home prior to the sale of our house, knowing that our product was good, but having faith and confidence that Hugo would close the deal. The purchase-sale-notary cycle took about a month to complete (i.e. November-December 2017). Also of note is Hugo’s consistency as he sold 2 of our neighbours homes in a very similar timeframe. As a person, Hugo has an inherent personable and professional demeanour that is both comforting and re-assuring. His core values and work ethic are in line with ours, which also made for a very enjoyable working relationship.
